Late Payments, Late Fees and Penalties

Once a student has chosen one of the payment plans, payments must be made by the deadlines provided.

Students may change their payment plan during the academic year by written request to the Finances and Marketing Director of the School.

Interest will be added to overdue payments at the rate of 0.05% per day after the due date.

If the student is in arrears with the payments for over one month, his/her student status will be terminated for non-payment.

A student who has been notified of the termination of his/her student status because of non-payments of fees, and who would like to resume studies, must first pay all outstanding fees. After that, the student should submit a written request to the Chairman. The decision to readmit the student lies entirely with the Chairman. The payment of outstanding fees does not automatically entitle the student to resume studies.

Policy on Holds

Failure to meet any obligation to the CSS, including those conditions set forth in the individual's enrolment confirmation form and financial obligations, will result in the suspension of access to student services including - but not limited to - transcripts, diplomas, access to the CSS computer network, the CSS library, research grants and stipends until the obligation is met and the hold is cleared by the respective office.

Estimated Costs of Living in Warsaw

All estimated costs of living are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN). In order to budget appropriately for the academic year at the CSS, students need to consider the length of their stay in Warsaw, the estimates provided below, and any additional individual needs for travel, recreation, special health care, costs for accompanying family members and other personal needs.

All costs of living listed in this document are estimates only and are intended to help students plan their financial resources. Actual expenditures will vary depending on individual spending habits.
